The Demi-Clé 6,50 welcomes 70 boats

"Dear skippers in the waiting list,

We are really happy to announce that we will be abble to welcome you for the Demi-Clé 6,50 2011. 

Indeed, we will open the entry list to 70 boats.

Like every year, we have voluntarily limited to 50 boats for logistic reasons : capacity of Locmiquélic harbour, safety standards of the local for skippers, number of volunteers...

To accomodate more boats, we have to be organised differently, and this change have a cost for the Association Projet If, the organizer of the Demi-Clé 6,50.

That is why, in accordance with the Classe Mini, we have decided to welcome 20 boats more, with an additional financial contribution of €15 for each boat actually in the waitting list. The organizer will take the remaining costs (€ 40 / boat).

To confirm your registration, you just have to send an email and the supplement of € 15 by check or bank transfer.

The 20 boats will be welcomed at Port Louis from sunday 17th of April and will have to announce their arrival to the harbour office of Port Louis (password : Demi-Clé 6,50) and by phone : +336 20 36 64 36.

The safety controls will be at Port Louis too, between wenesday 20th to friday 22th of april (schedule is being finalized).

Actually we do not know how many additional places will be free at Pornichet, but these places will be in priority reserved for boats registered for the Pornichet Sélect 6.50. Other boats will probably should leave the harbor on monday after the arrival (to be confirmed).
