QUALIFICATIONS

Reminder

The objective of the qualification system is not to complicate your life. In fact, it is to allow you to become aware of both your true technical level and your psychological aptitude for single handed navigation.

Crossing the Atlantic single handed is nothing trivial. It's a real personal commitment, an experience where one completely takes his/her destiny in charge: you can't count on anyone in the middle of the ocean.

And the qualifications, in particular, the compulsory 1000 NM course, are there to prepare you. That's why we strongly urge you to not complete this course grouped with others.

Many of you plan to complete this course this summer, so think about it !
